      KÜ Karusselli 13 on Eesti Vabariigi seaduste kohaselt asutatud ja tegutsev korteriühistu. Korteriühistu on korteriomanike mittetulunduslik ühing, mille põhitegevuseks on elamu haldamine ja hooldamine.

      Palgalisi töötajaid 2024. aastal ei olnud, töid osteti teenustööna või teostati juhatuse liikmete poolt vabatahtlikkuse alusel.

      2024 remondifondi vahendite kogumine ja kasutamine: 2024. aastal teostati elamu remonttöid kokku 6931,61 EUR eest.

      Remondifondi sissetulek oli 4981.44 EUR, kasutamine 6931.61 EUR, sihtotstarbeliste remonditasude jääk 31.12.2024 oli 10498,61 EUR.

      Haldustulud oli 2024. aastal 946.66 EUR, kasutamine 848.48 EUR, majandusaasta kasum 97,18 EUR.

      Materiaalset põhivara ühistul ei ole.
