      Juhatuse aruanne. 2025. aastaks

      Tallinn, Vormsi tn 6 KÜ tegevuse eesmärk on aadressil Tallinn, Vormsi tn 6 asuva elamu kaasomandis olevate mõtteliste osade ühine majandamine ja ühistu liikmete ühiste huvide kaitsmine vastavalt ühistu põhikirjale. KÜ tööd korraldas 3-liikmeline juhatus.

      Juhatus on tegutsenud alates 1. juulist 2019 ja koosneb kolmest liikmest: 1. Ljudmila Nikitenko – esimees

      Svetlana Kofalova - juhatuse liige 3. Julia Lõkhvart - juhatuse liige

      Juhatus kohtus aruandeperioodil 6 korda. Otsused tehti aktuaalsed probleemid.

      2025. aastal vahetati korterites olevad veemõõtjad kaugmõõtjate vastu.

      Otisega sõlmiti liftide moderniseerimise leping.
