      Hoonete ja üürimajade haldus (korteriühistud, elamuühistud, hooneühistud jms)

      EMTAK kood 68321.

      KÜ Kannistiku 4 tegevuse eesmärk on korteriomandite eseme osaks oleva ehitise mõttelise osade ühine majandamine ja korteriühistu liikmete ühiste huvide esindamine. Ühistu liikmetele kuulub 12 korterit. Jagatav üldpind 692,2 m2.

      2025. aastal teostati katuse tuulekasti renoveerimistööd summas 20074 eurot remondifondi arvelt.

      Korteriühistut juhib ja esindab kolmeliikmeline juhatus. Juhatuse liikmetele 2025.a.

      tasusid ei makstud.

      2025. aastal toimus üks üldkoosolek.
