      Tegevusaruanne 2024

      MTÜ Hilaro asutati huvihariduse edendamise toetuseks Võrumaal. Aruandeaasta põhitegevuseks oli huvialaringide töö korraldamine ja erinevate projektide elluviimine. MTÜ Hilaro on koolipidajaks erahuvikoolile Võru Loovuskool. MTÜ Hilaro all tegutseb ka segakoor Hilaro.

      MTÜ Hilaro juhatuses on kolm liiget. Palgalist tööjõudu kasutati aruandeaastal huvialaringide juhendamisel, koori dirigendi tasustamiseks ja projektide elluviimisel. Aruandeaasta tööjõukulu oli 35913 eurot, sellest toetustega seotud tööjõukulu 18909 eurot. Keskmine töötajate arv taandatuna täistööajale oli üks. Ühele juhatuse liikmetest on makstud töötasu dirigendina töötamise eest.
