      Korteriühistu põhitegevuseks on Loitsu 5 elamu haldamine, sihtmaksete jagamine ja kommunaalmaksete määramine.

      Oma olemuselt on korteriühistu mittetulundusühing, mille majandustegevust korraldab 5 liikmeline juhatus.

      Aruandeaastal maksti palkadeks kokku 27689 €, sellest juhatuse esimehele 12000 € , majahoidjatele ja muud tasud 15689 €.
