      Korteriühistu Puhangu 4 asukohaga Tallinn, Puhangu 4 põhilisteks eesmärkideks on elamu ja selle juurde kuuluva maa ühine majandamine ning seoses sellega ühistu liikmete ühiste huvide esindamine, samuti ühistu liikmetele eluruumi kasutamisega seotud teenuste osutamine.

      KÜ kohustused on: elamu kindlustamine elutegevuseks vajalike kommunaalteenustega (soojus, vesi, elekter jne), elamu tehnosüsteemide regulaarne hooldus ning remontide läbiviimine ja rikete kõrvaldamine, elamu juurde kuuluva territooriumi ja sellel paiknevate rajatiste, samuti üldkasutatava ala (trepikodade, keldrite) hooldus ja korrashoid.

      Puhangu 4 koosneb ühest elumajast (kokku 48 korterit).

      KÜ tööd korraldab juhatus. Juhatus on 3-liikmeline.

      Elamute haldamise ja hooldamisega tegeleb juhatus iseseisvalt, olles sõlminud otselepingud teenust osutavate firmadega hoone tehnosüsteemide korrashoiuks, prügiveoks ja raamatupidamiseteenuse osutamiseks.
