      Korteriühistu Väike-Ameerika 17 alustas oma tegevust 13.09.2001.a.

      Korteriühistu on korteriomanike poolt loodud mittetulundusühing. Tegevuse eesmärk on korteriomandi eseme osaks oleva ehitise ja maatüki mõtteliste osade majandamine ja korteriühistu liikmete ühiste huvide esindamine.

      Korteriühistu tööd korraldab juhatus. Juhatus on 4-liikmeline.

      Remondifondi kulutused 2024. aastal olid kokku 6 282,43 eurot.

      1 732,32 € - San.tehnilised tööd (Lavateir AS) 655,40 € - Survepesu, kaamerauuring (Toruabi OÜ) 552,66 € - Linnutõkete paigaldus (Pisiremont OÜ) 439,20 € - Lumekoristus katuselt (Pisiremont OÜ) 420,90 € - Keldripõranda puhastustööd (PC Heakord OÜ)

      Remondifondi jääk seisuga 31.12.2024 on 5 893,53 €.

      2025.a jätkab korteriühistu ühist majandamist, samuti tegevust elamu säilitamiseks ning parendamiseks.
