      Tegevusaruanne 2023

      TEGEVUSARUANNE 2023.a.

      KÜ Sõpruse 220 põhitegevuseks on: * soojusenergia vahendus omanikele * elektrienergia vahendus omanikele * prügiveo vahendus omanikele * vee vahendus omanikele * gaasi vahendus omanikele * põhihooldusteenuste vahendus ja osutamine omanikele 1. KÜ Sõpruse 220 tegevus vahendajana.

      Kommunaalteenuste tulud moodustasaid 79 379 € ja kulud 84 119 € 2. KÜ Sõpruse 220 põhitegevus.

      Põhitegevuse tulud moodustasid 24 893 €, kulud 22 665 € ja aruandeaasta tulem on 2 228 €.

      3. Majandustegevuse kava ja selle täitmine.

      KÜ majandustegevuse plaan oli kinnitatud KÜ üldkoosolekul ja oli ühistu majandustegevuse aluseks.Tulenevalt sellest olid tehtud kõik olulised otsused puudutamaks KÜ majandustegevust. Aruandeperioodil kasutati remondifondi vahendeid summas 3 841 €. Makstud sotsiaalmaksu 1 479 €. Töökindlustusmaksu kulu 0 €. KÜ juhatus koosnes kuni 10.12.2023 5 (viiest) liikmest, nendest 1 (ühe) töö tasustati ja alates 11.12.2023

      KÜ juhatus koosneb 3 (kolmest) liikmest, kellele töötasu ei maksta. Kokkuvõttes võib lugeda, et aruandeperioodil kasutatud vahendid olid kooskõlas vastuvõetud majandustegevuse plaani ja üldkoosoleku otsusega.

      4. KÜ Sõpruse 220 finantsiline seis 31.12.2023.a. seisuga:

      Bilansi järgi arvelduskontol seisuga 31.12.2023.a. - 141 331 €

      Nõuded korteriomanike vastu 31.12.2023.a. seisuga: * jooksvad nõuded liikmete vastu - 24 415 € * saadud ettemaksed liikmetelt - 2 613 €

      Lühiajalised kohustused 31.12.2023.a. seisuga: * võlad tarnijatele - 15 026 € * võlad töövõtjatele - 0 € * maksuvõlad - 605 € * laekunud tagatisraha vaegtööde likvideerimise katteks - 10 000 €

      Laenkohustus:

      Kokku seisuga 31.12.2023 laenukohustusi 865 570 €, millest kuulub 2024 aastal tagasimaksmisele 27 799 €.

      * KÜ osakapital moodustab - 16 255 € * KÜ remondifond moodustab - 84 680 €

      Ülaltoodud andmete alusel võib teha järelduse, et KÜ majanduslik seis on 31.12.2023.a. seisuga stabiilne. KÜ on teinud aruandeperioodil kulusid vastavalt majandustegevuse plaanile ja on maksejõuline.
