      KÜ põhitegivus on Soo 28 asuva elamu (v.a. korterite kui korteriomandi reaalosade) ja selle juurde kuuluva (teenindamiseks vajaliku) maa ühine majandamine ning seoses sellega ühistu liikmete ühiste huvide esindamine.

      KÜ Soo 28 elamu üldpind: 1136,6m2.

      Korteriühistu liikmeteks on 19 korteriomaniku.

      KÜ tööd korraldab juhatus. Juhatuse tööd korraldab juhatuse esimees.

      Juhatus koosneb 3 liikmest.

      KÜ Soo 28 on sõlmitud lepingud järgnevate firmadega: - AS Tallina Vesi - Eesti Gaas AS / AS Elenger Grupp - Eesti Keskkonnateenused AS - Enefit AS - Elisa Eesti AS - AS Alexela - OÜ Toru SOS - ARTEMIA OÜ 2024.a. oli tehtud remondi fondist tasud summas 14303 euro.

      2024.aasta netovara moodustas 7563 euro, 2023.a. netovara oli 7439 euro.
