      Korteriühistu Luste 7, Tallinn tegevuse eesmärk on 8 korteriomandi esemeks oleva ehitise ja maatüki mõtteliste osade ühine majandamine ja korteriühistu ühiste huvide esindamine. KÜ tööd juhib kolme liikmeline juhatus.

      2024 aasta olulisemad tööd ja tegevused olid: • Ettevalmistavate tegevuste läbiviimine elamu korstende renoveerimiseks.

      • Remondifondi vahendite kogumine korstende renoveerimistööde läbiviimiseks.

      2025 olulisemad eesmärgid on järgmised: • Elamu korstende renoveerimine. Võimalusel Tallinna linnalt toetuse
