      Tegevusaruanne 2024

      KÜ Kärberi 8 alustas tegevust 13.03.2002.a.

      Põhitegevusalaks on Kärberi 8 elumaja ja maatüki ühine majandamine ja haldamine. Aruandeaastal korteriühistu korjas vahendeid hooldustasudeks ja remondiks vastavalt 2024.a. majandustegevuse aastakavale.

      Aruandeperioodil teostati remonditöid summas 11 210 eurot s.h: 700 Keldrite akende viimistlus 6100 Põranda betoneerimine keldris 1400 Rõdude ja varikatuste turvalisuse auditeerimine 3010 Varikatuste renoveerimine, katuse tuulutuse remont 2025.aastal planeeritakse remonditööde edasist teostamist.

      Korteriühistu tööd korraldab KÜ juhatus. Juhatus koosneb 5.liikmest.
