      Tegevusaruanne 2025

      KÜ Kärberi 8 alustas tegevust 13.03.2002.a.

      Põhitegevusalaks on Kärberi 8 elumaja ja maatüki ühine majandamine ja haldamine. Aruandeaastal korteriühistu korjas vahendeid hooldustasudeks ja remondiks vastavalt 2025.a. majandustegevuse aastakavale.

      Aruandeperioodil teostati remonditöid summas 36 193 eurot s.h: 35 101 Rõdude remont (Keevitustööd, värvimine, rõdu vuukide remont) 940 Otsaseina osaline remont, krohvimine 152 Kanalisatsioonipüstiku vahetus keldris 2026.aastal planeeritakse remonditööde edasist teostamist.

      Korteriühistu tööd korraldab KÜ juhatus. Juhatus koosneb 5. liikmest.
