      KÜ Katleri Kolm tegeles 2024. majandusaastal korteriühistu hooldus-ja remonttöödega ning haldamisteenuse osutamisega.

      2024.aastal tasuti laenude põhimakseid summas 5012,38 eurot ja laenuintresse summas 1395,98 eurot.

      Laenuleping Swedbank AS-ga nr 21-043406-JI sõlmitud 19.07.2021.a. summas 30 000 eur intressimääraga

      EURIBOR+4,200%, laenulepingu tagastamise tähtaeg 30.06.2027.a. - võetud katuse remondiks.

      2024.a. Teostasime Fassadi keemiline pesu summas 6624,60 eur, rajad sissepäsu ees summas 1775.00 eur, veerennide vahetus 640,34, fassaadi vuukide remont 490.00, elektritööd summas 1271,85 eur, ja muud.

      2025.a. planeerime teostada hoone sissepääsude remonti, fassaadi hooldustöid, parkla asfaltkatte remonti, vajalikke remonditöid rõdudel ja lodzadel. Plaanis on teostada kesküttesüsteemi surveproov ja hooldus.

      Seisuga 31.12.2024.a. on remondifondi saldo 9 331,32 eur.
