      Tegevusaruanne 2025

      2025.aasta tulemused olid KÜ Ümera 19 jaoks head.

      Korteriühistu liikus stabiilselt eesmärkide täitmise suunas.

      2025 aastal KÜ täitis köik oma kohustused.

      Aruandeaastal olid tehtud järgmised tööd:

      Tarbevee soojusvaheti keemiline läbipesu, soojusvaheti surveproov, 2tk kuulkraani vahetus uute vastu, manomeetri paigaldamine.

      Tööd teostas Hoonetetehnohooldus OÜ – 326 EUR.

      Lüliti paigaldamine II ja III trepikojas, kaabli viimine.

      Tööd teostas Hoonetetehnohooldus OÜ – 405 EUR

      Parkla märgustööd. Tööd teostas Baciami OÜ – 420 EUR

      I, II, III kelder – 45 tk.vava valgusti demonteerimine, uute 45 tk.paigaldamine.

      Tööd teostas Hoonetetehnohooldus OÜ – 625 EUR.

      Korteriühistu Ümera 19 majandusolukord seisuga 31.12.2025 on satabiilne ning on maksuvõimeline.
