      Tegevusaruanne 2024

      Korteriühistu Tööstuse 89 teostas 2024. aastal oma igapäevast majandustegevust majandamistasude kogumise ja teenuste osutamise ning kommunaalmaksete vahendamise osas liikmetele.

      Vastavalt Korteriühistu Tööstuse 89 üldkoosoleku poolt 2024.aastaks kinnitatud majanduskavale oli remonditasude sihttasu määratud 1,05 €/m2 kohta . Haldus- ja hooldustasude määratud 0,50 €/m2 kohta.

      Lisaks sellele koguti liikmetelt veel sihtotstarbelist tasu elektripaigaldise käidu, soojussõlme teenindamise ja hoone kindlustuse tarbeks.

      2025.a. plaanis on viia järgmised tööd : 2025.a. majandustegevuse aastakavale.
