      Korteriühistu loodi Tartus Tolstoi tn 1 asuva 10-kortelise elamu korteriomandite eseme osaks olevate ehitiste ja maatüki mõtteliste osade ühiseks majandamiseks ja ühistu liikmete ühiste huvide esindamiseks.

      2025. aasta majandustegevuse tulem - 4375 eurot
