      Tegevusaruanne.

      Korteriühistu tegevuse eesmärk on korteriomandite eseme osaks oleva ehitise ja maatüki mõtteliste osade ühine majandamine ja korteriühistu liikmete ühiste huvide esindamine.

      2024 aastal laekus mittesihtotstarbelisi tasusid ühistu liikmetelt 27414 eurot, majandustegevuse tulem oli 4591 eurot .

      Remonttöid teostati summas 6646 € - õuepoolse juurdeehitise fasaadi remont, uste remont, metalluste värvimine.

      2025. aastal korteriühistu Poe 10 jätkab tegevust korteriomandite eseme osaks oleva ehitise ja maatüki mõtteliste osade ühisel majandamisel ja korteriühistu liikmete ühiste huvide esindamisel.

      Korteriühistu tööd korraldab 2 – liikmeline juhatus.
