      Korteriühistu põhitegevuseks on Mahtra 22 majandustegevus ja haldamine. Ühistu tegutseb põhikirja alusel.

      Korteriühistu liikmetele esitati aruandeperioodil arveid summas 98214 eurot, sh 19200 eurot remondiks, 19816 eurot maja haldamiseks ja hooldamiseks, ülejäänud oli vahendustegevus (vesi,soojus, elekter, prügivedu jne).

      Remondivahendite jääk on 46563 eurot.

      Aasta lõpetati kasumiga hjumiga 2355 eurot.
