      EELK Tallinna Rootsi - Mihkli koguduse tegevuse eesmärk on Jumala Sõna kuulutamine ja sakramentide jagamine ning sellest tulenevalt koguduses elava usu ja armastuse edendamine, usulise, kõlbelise, haridusliku ja kasvatusliku töö tegemine ning diakoonia-, muusika-, pühapäevakooli-, noorsootöö korraldamine.

      Koguduse tööd korraldab juhatus. Juhatus on 8 liikmeline. Juhatuse tööd juhib juhatuse esimees. Tema äraoleku ajal juhatuse aseesimees.

      Koguduse nõukogu on 19 liikmeline.

      2024 a keskmine kosseisuliste töötajate arv oli 4 ning tööjõukulude kogusumma aastas 73241 eurot.

      Koguduse juhatuse esimehele, aseesimehele, juhatuse liikmetele, nõukogu liikmetele töötasusid, liikmetasusid ja muid tasusid ei ole makstud.

      EELK Tallinna Rootsi-Mihkli koguduse tegevus jätkub 2025 aastal.
