      Tegevusaruanne 2025

      Tallinn, Möldre tee 8 korteriühistu alustas oma tegevust 08.02.2005.a. Korteriühistu tegevusalaks on elamu ühine haldamine ja ühisuse liikmete ühiste huvide esindamine. Ühistut juhib kolmeliikmeline juhatus.

      Suuremad kulutused reservfondist olid alljärgnevad: 1. Siseviimistlustööd trepikojas (ART Hooldus OÜ)- 6 652,60 eurot 2. Gaasikatla remont (Gaspre OÜ )- 468,12 eurot 3. Katuse puhastus (Arkaadia Halduse AS)- 186,00 eurot 4. Krt 3 avariiliste radiaatorite vahetamine (Arkaadia Halduse AS)- 860,07 eurot

      Lisaks teostati lisakoristus, lume lükkamine ning väiksemad avariitööd.

      Reservfondi jääk seisuga 31.12.2025 on 12 987,97 eurot.

      KÜ palgal aruandeperioodil töötajaid ei olnud.

      2026. a jätkab ühistu kommunaalteenuste ja muude vajalike teenuste vahendamist ühistu liikmetele, ühistu liikmete ühiste huvide esindamist.
