      Korteriühistu Ravi 17 alustas oma tegevust 29.07.2005 aastal.

      Ühistu eesmärgiks on korraldada elamu korteriomandite esemeks olevate ehitiste ja maatüki mõtteliste osade majandamist ja esindada korteriühistu liikmete ühiseid huve.

      KÜ juhatuses on 2 liiget. Juhatuse liikmed aruandeperioodil tasu ei saanud.

      Remondifondi kulutused 2024. aastal olid kokku 5 566,65 €.

      4 209,00 € - Kanalisatsioonipüstaku remont (Remondikompanii OÜ) 445,54 € - Korter 10 rõdu trapi korrastamine (Tetri OÜ) 332,80 € - Küttesüsteemi tööd, valgusti remont (Arkaadia Halduse AS) 201,91 € - Graniitliiv, lehekottide utiliseerimine (Arkaadia Puhastuse OÜ) 255,40 € - Servituuditasu väljamaks 122,00 € - Gaasikatla hooldus (AB Ventimo OÜ) 2025. a. jätkab korteriühistu ühist majandamist, samuti tegevust elamu säilitamiseks ning parendamiseks.
