      Sammukoguja on terve kuu vältav üleskutse, mis innustab nii individuaalselt kui ka kollektiivselt koguma võimalikult palju samme. Aastal 2021 haaras sellest kampaaniast osa üle 1200 inimese 50-st erinevast ettevõttest üle Eesti, luues positiivse liikumisliikumise laine. Meie eesmärk on teha sellest aastast veelgi suurem ja aktiivsem!

      Mis on Sammukoguja?

      Sammukoguja ei ole pelgalt võidu peale mõeldud üleskutse, vaid võimalus parandada enda tervist, liikuda rohkem ning üheskoos suurendada tervema ühiskonna suunas liikumise mõõdet. See on suurepärane võimalus konkureerida sõbralikult kolleegide, sõprade või isegi ettevõtetega, keda teame ja keda veel ei tea!

      Eesti Firmaspordi Liidu aprillikuine liikumisväljakutse Sammukoguja tõi taas tuhandeid inimesi liikuma. Ühise pingutuse tulemusena koguti kokku muljetavaldavad 601 851 517 sammu!
