      MTU S.K.Toma-Do on asutatud 6 januaaril 2006 aastal,Narvas 2006 aasta lõpus MTU S.K.Toma-Dsoai kokkulepele,et oma tegevuse seaame Narva linna toetust alates 2OO7a. MTU S.K.Toma-Do on Narva Kehakultuujrai SpordiLiidu ( NKSL) liige.2013a.MTU S.K.Toma-Do sõlmitud rahvusvahelise organisatsiooni IKO Matsushima Kyokushin Kaikan , Eesti Karate Föderatsioon(EKF).

      Põhilised tuluallikad on Narva Linnavalitsus teoetus,lda-Viru Spordiliidu toetus,liikmemaksud. 2022a.saadud raha kulutati tegevuseks:ettevalmistamine ja laadimine, võistlusedesli ja seminarides otsavõt,parimate sportlasteja treenerite ja austasustamine, MTU

      S.K.Torna-Do teostab kaks võistlus 2023 aastas: Mais Eesti M.V. ja Detsemberis"Narva Noorte Kumite".

      9.-10.detsembril Santiagos Tšiilis toimunud maailmameistrivõistlustel Kata osas saavutas Klubijuht sensei Shamil Guseynov meeste arvestuses 2.koha.
