      Tegevusaruanne 2025

      Korteriühistu Kivimurru 36 alustas tegevust 20. detsembril 2005. aastal. Korterühistu tegevusalaks on korteriomandite eseme osaks oleva 12-korterilise elamu ja maatüki mõtteliste osade majandamine ja ühistu liikmete ühiste huvide esindamine.

      Juhatuse liikmele (Henri Pill) maksti 2025. aastal tasu 765 eurot. VÕS lepingu alusel (Kaido Taaler) maksti 2025. aastal tasu 1 303 eurot. Alates 15.09.2025 on korteriühistu valitsejaks Pindi Kinnisvarahaldus OÜ.

      2025. aastal kasutati remondifondi vahendeid summas 440 eurot. Remondifondi jääk 31.12.2025 seisuga on 3 907 eurot.
