      Tegevusaruanne 2024

      Korteriühistu tegevuse eesmärk on 12 korteriga ridaelamu majandamine ja ühiste huvide esindamine. 2024 aastal korraldas ühistu vee- ja jäätmekäitluse teenuste vahendamist, vastavatele ettevõtetele maksti korteriomanikelt laekunud maksetest 5297 eurot. Ühistu kogub sihtotstarbelisi tasusid, et tagada tulevikus vajalike tööde finantseerimine. 2025 remondtöid ei planeeritud, sest remondifondi maht ei olnud veel piisav. Ühistul puuduvad laenukohustused.

      Aruandeaasta tulem oli seadusjärgne ning ühistu jätkab tegutsemist.
