      Kond kuus esitab Korteriüjhistu korteriomanikele maksuteateid kommunaalteenuste, remondifondi ja maja hooldustasude kohta, mille alusel tasutakse korteriühistu arveldusarvele pangas. Korteriühistul on sõlmitud lepingud teenuste ostmiseks AS Pärnu Vesi, AS Gren Eesti, AS

      Ragn-Sells ja AS Enefit.

      2024 aasta majandusaasta tulem oli 13 667 EUR.

      2024 aasta palgafond oli 7 909 EUR (koos sotsiaalmaksuga 33%, töötuskindlustusega 1,6%, pensionikindlustusega 2%).

      Töötab kolm töötajat.

      Korteriühistu juhatus koosneb kolmest liikmest.

      2025 aastal tegeletakse maja hooldamisega.
