      Tegevusaruanne 2023

      Sissejuhatus

      KÜ Liivaku on EV seaduste kohaselt asutatud ning tegutsev ühistu. Korteriühistu on korteriomanike mittetulunduslik ühing, mille põhitegevuseks on elamu haldamine ja hooldamine. Majandustegevust alustati märtsis 2008. a.

      KÜ tegevust juhtis 2-liikmeline juhatus, koosseisus: Siiri Piile ja Taavi Kure.

      Sõlmitud on püsilepingud järgmiste teenuste ostmiseks:

      Kanalisatsiooniteenus- AS Pärnu Vesi

      Prügiveoteenus- AS Ragn-Sells

      Üldelekter- AS Eesti Energia

      Maja kindlustus- IF P&C Insurance AS

      Põhitegevuse ülevaade 2023. aastal jätkus igapäevane majandustegevus.

      Personal

      Palgalisi töötajaid korteriühistus ei ole. Aruandeperioodil juhatuse liikmetele tasusid ei makstud.
