      Tegevusaruanne 2024

      Metsa tn 2 KÜ tegevuse eesmärk on korteriomandite eseme osaks oleva ehitise ja maatüki mõtteliste osade ühine majandamine ja korteriühistu liikmete ühiste huvide esindamine.

      Korteriühistu kogub vahendeid hooldus- ja remonditöödeks ning vahendab kommunaalmakseid tarnijate ja korteriühistu liikmete vahel.

      17.07.2024.a. võeti renoveerimiseks investeerimislaen summas 57100 eurot, intressimääraga 5,262 % (6 kuu EURIBOR 2,562 % + 2,7) ja mille tagastamistähtaeg on 05.07.2034.a. Laenujääk seisuga 31.12.2024 oli 40844 eurot.

      Remondifondi jääk seisuga 31.12.2024 on 2662,02 eurot.

      2025.majandusaastal on kavas tegevust jätkata vastavalt põhikirjale ja majandamiskavale.
