      Tegevusaruanne 2024

      KÜ Küti 16 põhitegevus oli 2024.a. elamu haldamine ning hooldus aadressil Rakvere, Küti 16 44311.

      Ühistu rahaline olukord on olnud hea, elanike võlgnevus ühistule on olnud kontrolli all.

      Ühistul ei ole olnud võlgnevusi teenuste tasumise eest. Ühistul oli seisuga 31.12.2024 olemas 41 748 EUR kogutud raha, mida saame kasutada 2025.a. vajalike tööde rahastamiseks ja 2024.a maksmata arvete maksmiseks.

      Vastavalt majanduskavale tehti järgmised suuremad kulutused hooldustasudest:

      Maja renoveerimine 103 369 EUR

      Tööjõukulud 9 575 EUR

      Mitmesugused tegevuskulud 2 789EUR

      Maja renoveerimiseks võeti laenu summas 563 199 EUR kasutasime remondifondi summas 8 113 EUR ja saime toetust summas 297 791 EUR 2023 aastal ja 97334 EUR 2024 aastal.

      Korteriühistul on üks tööline .
