      Tegevusaruanne 2025

      KÜ Rakvere Turuplats 3 eesmärk on korteriomandite eseme osaks oleva ehitise ja maatüki mõtteliste osade ühine majandamine ja korteriühistu liikmete ühiste huvide esindamine ning kommunaalteenuste vahendamine.

      Korteriühistus on 59 korteriomandit sh kasutusotstarbelt 24 korterit, 14 äripinda ning 21 parkla- kohta.

      Korteriühistu liikmetele vahendati 2025.a teenuseid alljärgnevalt:

      Rakvere Vesi AS kogusummas 5358,63 €

      Enefit AS kogusummas 24 296,82 €

      Elenger Grupp AS kogusummas 32 913,51 €

      Lääne-Viru Jäätmekeskus MTÜ kogusummas 3161,38 €

      Korteriühistu juhatus on kolmeliikmeline. Juhatuse liikmetele tasu ei maksta.
