      Tegevusaruanne 2024

      KÜ Rakvere Turuplats 3 eesmärk on korteriomandite eseme osaks oleva ehitise ja maatüki mõtteliste osade ühine majandamine ja korteriühistu liikmete ühiste huvide esindamine ning kommunaalteenuste vahendamine.

      Korteriühistus on 59 korteriomandit sh kasutusotstarbelt 24 korterit, 14 äripinda ning 21 parkla- kohta.

      Korteriühistu liikmetele vahendati 2024.a teenuseid alljärgnevalt:

      Rakvere Vesi AS kogusummas 4781,14 €

      Enefit AS kogusummas 25 951,08 €

      Elenger Grupp AS kogusummas 29 059,91 €

      Lääne-Viru Jäätmekeskus MTÜ kogusummas 3126,36 €

      Korteriühistu juhatus on kolmeliikmeline. Juhatuse liikmetele tasu ei maksta.
