      Korteriühistu Virula 2 asutati 02.02.2009.a. kui kinnitati ühistu põhikiri ja valiti juhatus. Ühistu põhitegevusala on 12 korteriga elamu elanike teenindamine ja kommunaalteenuste vahendamine majaelanikele. Korteriühistu tööd korraldab juhatus.

      Korteriühistu Virula tn 2 teostas 2025 aastal pööningul mädanenud sarika kandekonstruktsiooni lõigu väljavahetamise maksumusega 497,87

      EUR. Vihmaveesuunajatele paigaldati pikendused ja laiendati prügikastide alusplatsi maksumusega 645 EUR

      Aastaaruanne hõlmab perioodi 01.01.2025-31.12.2025.a. Kü Virula tn 2 bilansimaht on 3211 eurot ja aruandeaasta tulem 1209 eurot 2025.a. lepinguga töötavaid isikuid ei olnud. Juhatuse liikmetele tasu makstud ei ole.
