      Tegevusaruanne 2023

      MTÜ Uue-Kalda põhitegevuseks on Tartumaal Kastre vallas asuva Uue-Kalda elurajooni ühisvara majandamine, haldamine ja liikmete ühiste huvide esindamine.

      2023. aastal tegeles MTÜ Uue-Kalda territooriumi korrashoiu, heitveepuhasti hooldamise ning heitvee analüüsidega.

      MTÜ liikmetelt koguti 2023 aastal hooldustasusid 4510 eurot. MTÜ tegevuskulud 2023. aastal olid 5302 eurot.

      MTÜ Uue-Kalda tööd korraldab kaheliikmeline juhatus. 2023. aastal juhatuse liikmete tööd ei tasustatud.

      2024. aastal jätkatakse tavapärast tegevust, mis hõlmab heitveepuhasti regulaarset hooldamist, heitvee analüüsimist ning teede, kraavikallaste ja territooriumi korrashoidu.
