      MTÜ Halulaev on loodud 2010. aasta alguses koondamaks purjetamise, meresõidu ja laevaehituse huvilisi. Seltsi põhitegevusalaks EMTAK koodi järgi on Vaba aja veetmise, meelelahutuse ja kultuurilise tegevusega või huvialadega seotud ühendused ning huviklubid (94995).

      Juhtimine ja liikmelisus. Seltsi juhatusse kuulub 1 liige. Seltsi kuulub 6 liiget.

      Tulud ja kulud. Seltsi aruandeaasta tulud olid kokku 17936,00 (toetused 5805,00; annetused 1403,00; ettevõtlustulu 10728,00). Aruandeaasta kulud olid kokku 14 999,00 (sihtfinantseeritud projektide kulud 4137,00 ja tegevuskulud 10862,00). Aruandeaasta lõppes negatiivse tulemiga 2937,00
