      Tegevusaruanne 2024

      MTÜ Väike Päike Lasteklubi 2023-2024. aasta kujunes MTÜ Väike Päike Lasteklubi jaoks oluliseks restruktureerimise aastaks. Kui varasematel aastatel (sh veel 2023.

      aastal) oli MTÜ ise otse eralasteaia ja lapsehoiuteenuse pakkuja, siis 2024. aastal viidi läbi põhjalik organisatsiooni ümberkorraldus, mille tulemusena lõpetati otseteenuste (lastehoid ja lasteaed) osutamine.

      Samuti on viimastel aastatel toimunud organisatsiooni nimemuutus – 2023. aastal muudeti senine nimi “MTÜ Laste Aeg” uueks nimeks MTÜ

      Väike Päike Lasteklubi. See peegeldab paremini organisatsiooni laiemat rolli ja eesmärki Eesti alushariduse valdkonnas.

      Alates 2024. aastast keskendub MTÜ Väike Päike Lasteklubi tegutsemisele Eesti alushariduse teadmiste tippkeskusena. Organisatsioon koondab enda ümber valdkonna tippspetsialistid ning liikmed, kelleks on Väike Päike võrgustikku kuuluvad lasteaiad, -hoiud, huvikool ja koolituskeskus. MTÜ peamine ülesanne on pakkuda oma liikmetele mitmekülgseid valdkondlikke tugiteenuseid, sealhulgas metoodilist tuge, koolitusi, nõustamist, arendustegevusi ning parimate praktikate levitamist. See võimaldab liikmetel pakkuda väga kvaliteetseid, tõenduspõhiseid ja innovaatilisi alusharidusteenuseid.

      Lisaks sellele toetab MTÜ teadmussiirde ja teenustega laiemalt ka lapse arengut vanuses 0–10 eluaastat.

      Eesmärgid järgmiseks tegevusaastaks:

      Jätkata alushariduse valdkonna teadmiste arendamist ja levitamist nii Eestis kui rahvusvahelisel tasandil;

      Tugevdada liikmete vahelisi koostöövorme ja teenuste kvaliteeti;

      Pakkuda jätkuvalt innovatiivseid tugiteenuseid ning arendada uusi lahendusi, mis toetavad lapse mitmekülgset arengut läbi liikmete tegevuse.
