      Tegevusaruanne 2024

      KÜ Tehnika 71 on registreeritud 13.10.2010.a. Tegevuse eesmärk on aadressil Tallinn, Tehnika 71 asuva kaasomandis oleva elamu ja selle juurde kuuluva maatüki mõtteliste osade ühine majandamine ja KÜ liikmete ühiste huvide esindamine. Ühistus on kokku 12 korteriomandit.

      Korteriühistu tööd korraldab ühistu juhatus. Juhatus on 2-liikmeline.

      2024. a toimus üks üldkoosolek. Juhatuse informatiivsed koosolekud toimusid vastavalt vajadusele.

      2024. a peamised tegevused / algatused: - Uuendati hoone elektrisüsteem - korrastati hoov (eemaldati kuivanud puu ja vanad kännud) - Kutsuti juhatusest tagasi Ljudmilla Rubtsova, valiti juhatusse Iris Kumari
