      Eesti Kliinilste Onkoloogide Selts on loodud onkoloogia eriala arendamiseks.

      25.10.2024 toimus Tartu Ülikooli Raamatukogu konserensikeskuses konverents ,,IV staadiumi metastaatiline vähk - ka see on ravitav".

      Konverentsi fookuses oli IV staadiumi metastaatiline vähk, mille uued ja efektiivsed ravivõimalused on oluliselt muutnud haigete käsitlust.

      Tulemusliku raviga on märkimisväärselt paranenud haigete prognoos ning pikenenud eluiga, mistõttu üha enam ei ole esiplaanil patsiendi pahaloomuline kasvaja, vaid muud kaasuvad haigused ja probleemid.

      2024. aastal tulem oli 13 256 EUR.

      2025. aastal jätkatakse sama tegevusega.
