      Korteriühistu Tamme pst 82 haldab 6 korteriga elamut Tartus, Tamme pst 82 ja sellega piirnevat territooriumi. Korteriühistu on registreeritud 2.03.2012.

      Korteriühistu tööd korraldab 2-liikmeline juhatus vabatahtlikkuse alusel. Lepingulisi töötajaid ei olnud ja juhatusele tasusid ei makstud.

      Remondifondi laekus 2023. aastal 6 480 eurot. Remondifondist kasutati erinevate remonttööde katteks 5 707 eurot. Remondifondist kasutatakse vahendeid ka ehitustööde laenumaksete tasumiseks.

      2023. aastal teostati keskkütte sosteemi ülevaatus ja remonttööd. 2024. aastal on plaanis välistrepi remont.
