      Tartu linn, Raatuse tn 47 korteriühistu registreeriti 13.juunil 2013.aastal ning majandustegevusega alustati juulis.

      Tartu linn, Raatuse tn 47 korteriühistu eesmärgiks on Tartu linnas Raatuse 47 asuva elamu korteriomandite esemaks oleva ehitise ja maatüki mõtteliste osade ja selle juurde kuuluva maa ühine majandamine ning seoses sellega ühistu liikmete ühiste huvide esindamine, samuti ühistu liikmetele seoses eluruumi kasutamisega teenuste osutamine.

      Ühistu asutamisel moodustati korteriomanike sissemaksetest osakapital arvestusega kokku 884 eurot, mida suurendati 2024.a. 1300 euroni.

      Juhatus on üheliikmeline ja 2024 aastal juhatuse liikmele tasusid ei makstud.
