      Hooneühistu ESTONIA PST. 28 ( registrikood 80372359 ) on ümber registreeritud korteriühistust ESTONIA PST.28 (regisrikood 80113250).

      18 juuni 2014a. üldkoosoleku otsuse alusel. Ümberregisreerimiskanne on kinnitatud 15 juuli 2014a.

      Ühistu eesmark on teotada ja soodustada oma liikmete majanduslikke huvi läbi ühise majandustegevuse kinnisasja, asukohaga Kohtla-Jarve linn Estonia pst. 28, ning selles osaks oleva hoone, omamisel ja valitsemisel, võimaldades hooneühistu liikmetel hoone kindlaksmääratud osade ainukasutust.

      Üldkoosolekul hooneühistu on vastu võetud lõpetamisotsus on 26.09.2014a. Registrisse annab avaldus liikvideerimisele 02.02.2015a.

      Likvideerija on Aleksandr Kisseljov, juhatuse liige HÜ ESTONIA PST.28
