      Tegevusaruanne 2024

      Korteriühistu Näpi tee 12 asutati 15.12.2014.a. eesmärgiga hallata Lääne-Virumaal Sõmeru vallas Näpi tee 12 asuvat korterelamut ning esindada ühistu liikmete ühiseid huve. Ühistus on kaheksa füüsilisest isikust liiget.

      Aruandeperioodil teostati kuuri renoveerimine maksumusega 17 658 eurot, mis finantseeriti 15 000 euro järelmaksuga.

      Ühistus oli üks palgaline töötaja suvise muruniitmise ja talvise lumetõrjeperioodiks. Tasudeks arvestati 457 eurot. Juhatuse liikmele tasusid ei makstud.
