      Korteriühistu Pärnasalu 36 põhitegevusalaks on kaasomandi osade majandamine ning hooldamine ja korteriühistu liikmete ühiste huvide esindamine.

      Haldus-hooldusteenuste arvelt on tasutud: Emojo OÜ (haldus) - 720,oo; FoxProfit OÜ (raamatupidamine) - 240,oo;

      EKÜL (liikmemaks) - 52,50; riigilõiv- 20,oo.

      Remondifondist on tasutud - 347,20 eurot Energosystems OÜ-le rekonstr.dokumentatsiooni konsultatsiooniks.

      Remondifondi jääk oli 01.01.2025 - 25207,07 eurot, millest kasutati 347,20 eurot ja jääk seisuga 31.12.2025 on 31014,07 eurot.

      Kommunaalmaksed on tekkepõhiselt arvestatud järgmiselt: Enefit AS ( elekter) - 77,73; Ragn Sells (prügivedu) - 234,94;

      Tallinna Vesi ( vesi-kanalisatsioon) - 1002,12 ja IF Kindlustus - 195,77 eurot.
