      Teaduse 8 Korteriühistu tegevuse eesmärk on korteriomandite eseme osaks oleva ehitise ja maatüki mõtteliste osade ühine majandamine ja korteriühistu liikmete ühiste huvide esindamine.

      2023.a majandusaasta aruanne on koostatud perioodi 01.01.2023 kuni 31.12.2023 kohta.

      Ühistut juhib 5-liikmeline juhatus.

      Raamatupidamisteenus ostetakse sisse, palgal on koristaja, kelle ülesandeks on nii sise- kui ka väliskoristustööde teostamine.

      Korteriomanike nõusolekul on juhatus Swedbankist võtnud elamu soojustamiseks ja katuse remondiks laenu. Laen tagastati tähtajaks 2023.a juuni.

      Elamu on tunnustatud ja antud elamu kasutamisteatis.

      Võlgnikke ühistul ei ole.
