      Korteriühistu Uusmäe 4 asutati 26.08.2015 aastal.

      Tegevuse eesmärk on korteriomandite eseme omaks olevate ehituste ja maatüki mõttelise osade majandamine ja korteriühistu liikmete ühiste huvide esindamine.

      Korteriühistu Uusmäe 4 on sõlminud järgmised lepingud: 1. AS Saku Maja - kinnisvara haldus- ja hooldusleping, veega varustamise ja reovee ärajuhtimise teenuste osutamise leping,soojusenergia ostu-müügileping, raamatupidamisteenuse osutamise leping 2. Schindler liftid OÜ - liftide hooldusleping 3. Olitralla OÜ - koristusteenuse leping 4. AS Eesti Keskkonnateenused - prügiveo konteinerite rendileping 5. AS Enefit - elektrienergia ja võrguteenuse leping 6. AS Telia Eesti - telefoni kasutuse leping 7. AS If P&C Insurance - hoone kindlustuse leping 8. Ragn-Sells AS - prügiveo leping alates 01.01.2021 aastast
