      Tegevusaruanne 2024

      2024. aastal tegeles Korteriühistu Uuslinna 6 oma põhitegevusega, milleks on Uuslinna 6, Tallinn korteriomandite eseme osaks olevate ehitiste ja maatüki mõtteliste osade ühine majandamine ja korteriühistu liikmete ühiste huvide esindamine. Korteriühistu korjab vahendeid haldus-ja hooldustasudeks, heakorraks ning remondiks vastavalt 2024. a majandustegevuse aastakavale. Korteriühistu tööd korraldab juhatus.

      Korteriühistu on mittetulundusühing ning oma tegevust jätkab ka järgmisel aastal. Korteriühistul ei olnud 2024. aastal palgalisi töötajaid.

      2024. aastal teostatud remondi- ja hooldustööde kogumaksumus oli 6332 eurot. Kasutamata remondifondi jääk 31.12.2024. a on 2515 eurot.
