      Tegevusaruanne 2024

      Korteriühistu Villa Grandt moodustati 04. augustil 2016.aastal. Ühistu on 26 liikmeline, millest 7 on juriidilised isikud. Korteriühistu eesmärk on korteriomandite eseme osaks olevate Aisa 2, Pärnus ehitiste mõtteliste osade ühine majandamine ja korteriühistu liikmete ühiste huvide esindamine.

      Vastavalt ühistu üldkoosoleku otsusele oli ühistu haldajaks OÜ KV Halduskoda.

      2024. aastal tehti väiksemaid hooldus- ja korrashiutöid.

      Remondi- ja heakorrafondi jääk seisuga 31.12.2024 oli 9427 EUR ja 3 893 EUR sihtotstarbelises remondifondis, mis jäi fassaadi renoveerimistöödest üle.

      Korteriühistu Villa Grandt juhatus on kolmeliikmeline. Juhatusele tasusid ega hüvitisi majandusaastal makstud ei ole.
