The aim of MTÜ Ida-Viru Public Transport Centre (hereinafter IVÜTK) is to organise passenger transport, manage IVÜTK and represent the common interests of IVÜTK members arising from its activities.
IVÜTK members: Alutaguse municipality, Jõhvi municipality, Kohtla-Järve city, Lüganuse municipality, Narva-Jõesuu city, Sillamäe city, Toila municipality and the Transport Administration.

In 2022, the optimization of routes and adjustment of timetables continued based on proposals submitted by local governments and passengers.
Ticket sales systems, stop names, timetables, public transport register were installed in all buses serving Ida-Viru county bus lines in 2022

On 01.07.2022, the numbering of county bus lines was changed.
On 01.07.2022, passenger transport was launched with AS GoBus in the I line group (Jõhvi and Narva regions).
On 01.08.2022, passenger transport was launched with OÜ M.K.Reis-X in the II line group (Kiviõli region).
In March 2022, all bus drivers serving county lines were recognized with souvenirs during the good service month and in connection with the international bus driver's day.
In cooperation with local governments, bus stop names were specified and locations of additional prospective stops were identified.
In order to tidy up the public transport register, the process of legalizing the naming of bus stops continued in cooperation with local governments, as some of the procedures for naming county bus stops had either not been started or the formalization procedures had not been completed.
Service level standards
In cooperation with all public transport centers, public transport service level standards were developed to harmonize the availability of public transport in different regions. The service level standards are planned to be submitted to the Transport Administration for approval. The service level standards revealed that the volume of Ida-Viru county lines needs to be minimally increased by 18%.
Plans for 2023
In cooperation with local governments, continue to tidy up the network of lines and improve timetables based on passenger needs and to make them as understandable as possible for passengers.
Continue to pay great attention to the need to improve the quality of bus stops (presence of 541a traffic signs, installation-update of information boards, stop names, benches, bus shelters and safe and comfortable access to stops).
