      Tegevusaruanne 2024

      2024. aasta kümnel esimesel kuul oli remondifondi makseks 0,40 eurot korteriomandi ruutmeetri kohta. Alates novembrist 2024. a. kehtestati üldkoosoleku otsusega mainitud makse suuruseks 0,80 eurot korteriomandi ruutmeetri kohta.

      Suurematest remondi ja hooldustöödest teostati aruandeaastal välistreppide uuendamine (lõpetatakse 2025. aastal) ja uue fonosüsteemi paigaldus. Kogu remondifondist kulunud summa moodustas 12 306 eurot. Seisuga 31.12.2024 oli remondifondi jääk 21 294 eurot.

      Perioodil 2025/2026 a. näeb juhatus suurema tööna ette ventilatsioonisüsteemi remonti. Järgnevateks majandusaastateks on planeerimisel fassaadi remont.
