      Tegevusaruanne 2025

      2025. aastal oli remondifondi makseks 0,80 eurot korteriomandi ruutmeetri kohta. Juhatuse ettepanek on sellise maksega jätkata.

      Suurematest remondi ja hooldustöödest teostati ventilaatori ja kontrolleri vahetus ning ventilatsioonisüsteemi hooldus. Lõpetati treppide remont.

      Kogu remondifondist kulunud summa moodustas 3 762 eurot. Seisuga 31.12.2025 oli remondifondi jääk 28 907 eurot.

      Perioodil 2026/2027 a. ei näe juhatus ette suuremaid remonditöid. Järgnevateks majandusaastateks on planeerimisel fassaadi remont.
