      Tegevusaruanne 2023

      2023. aasta seitsmel esimesel kuul oli remondifondi makseks 0,80 eurot korteriomandi ruutmeetri kohta. Alates augustist 2023. a. kehtestati üldkoosoleku otsusega mainitud makse suuruseks 0,40 eurot korteriomandi ruutmeetri kohta.

      Suuremaid remondi- ja hooldustöid aruandeaastal ei teostatud. Kogu hooldusele kulutatud summa moodustas 411 eurot. Seisuga 31.12.2023 oli remondifondi jääk 26 965 eurot.

      Perioodil 2024/2025 a. näeb juhatus suurema tööna ette treppide renoveerimist. Järgnevateks majandusaastateks on planeerimisel fassaadi remont.
