      Valga vald, Õru alevik, Kooli 5 korteriühistu (Õru 48 KÜ), asukohaga Valga maakond, Valga vald, Õru alevik, on asutatud detsembris 2017.

      aastal. Ühingu eesmärgiks on majandada ja hallata korteriühistu tegevust, et mitte sattuda majandusraskustesse. 2024. aastal olime tublid ja suutsime majandada rahaliste vahenditega nii, et korteriomanikud jäid rahule maja oli hooldatud.Renoveerisime katlamaja küttesüsteemi torustiku + soojustasime ja vahetasime tsirkulatsioonipumbad.
