      Korteriühistu Kihelkonna mnt.2a tegevuse eesmärk on korteriomandite eseme osaks olevate ehitiste ja maatüki mõtteliste osade ühine majandamine ja korteriühistu liikmete ühiste huvide esindamine.

      Korteriühistu kogus vahendeid haldus- ja hooldustasudeks, heakorraks ning remondiks vastavalt 2023/2024. a majandustegevuse aastakavale ning üldkoosoleku otsustele. Korteriühistu vahendab liikmetele teenuseostuna haldus-, hooldus- ja koristusteenust ning kommunaalkulusid.

      01.07.2023-30.06.2024 majandusaasta aruande perioodil teostatud remondi- ja hooldustööde kogumaksumus on 4859 eurot.

      Kasutamata reserv- ja remomondifondide jääk 30.06.2024 seisuga on 62 301 eurot.
